Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission’s goal is to make life better for the residents of Trenton by working with citizens, property owners, businesses, and others to create a great place to live, work, play, and do business.

The Commission can answer questions and provide information on current city code & zoning maps.

The Planning & Zoning Commission meets monthly on the third Tuesday at 7 pm at the Town Hall.  Agendas are posted on the Utah Public Notice Website.

To be considered for the agenda, contact the town clerk at least 1 week before the meeting.

Once approved (usually at the following meeting–typically 1 month later) the minutes are also posted on the Utah Public Notice Website.

Planning & Zoning Fees:
Annexation Request – $500.00
Subdivisions:
–Concept Plan discussion- $50.00
–Lot Split- $25.00
–Preliminary Subdivision Application Non-refundable administrative processing fee -$50.00
–Preliminary Subdivision Application fee -$50.00
–Minor Subdivision- $300.00 +250.00 per lot and all expenses incurred while processing the application
Appeals Authority Application – $65.00 (In addition to the original fees)
